Embrace your Shape

My entire life, I have been building (and rebuilding) a personalized wardrobe for my appropriate stage in life. Now in my 40s, I realize that I have been missing out on effortless shopping. I attribute it to having better self-awareness and learning to highlight my best features, but overall, having confidence in my style choices has saved me time and money….all within my control 😊

As you go through the 5 main body types, you will see options of what you can wear to highlight your best features. As a women ages, the concentrations of hormones in her body will alter, causing her body shape to adjust. This can be because of decreased estrogen levels which can cause the breasts to shrink.  Another impact of low estrogen is redistribution of fat to the waist or abdomen. Gaining muscle mass is another way to alter your shape by targeting muscle groups. Overall, some changes may be made but your bone structure and proportions are mostly defined.
