Refund policy
For our standard products: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
✨ Premium Collection Return Policy Items labeled as part of our Premium Collection include free returns within 30 days of delivery. Eligible products are marked with a “✨Premium” badge on their product pages. To initiate a return, simply follow our standard return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for our non-premium products. We offer free returns with products marked with a “✨Premium” badge. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sunglasses, swimwear, neurospicy gear or purchases used with gift cards.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same like for like item. For example, you are looking for the same item in a different size. Please contact info@styleratio.com for more information.
Refunds
